He grew Siemens’ Canadian MES division sales funnel from $0 to over $1B in four years. Andy’s continued mentorship contributed to further MES successes after his transfer to the UK.

At Siemens Healthineers UK, Andy secured £850M in new sales orders and extensions across multiple NHS trusts by exploring new markets and executing competitive takeovers, achieving 50% compound revenue growth over three years.
