Andy Wilks, Managing Director and Principal Consultant
I’m a seasoned consultant with over 30 years in the medical technology sector, specializing in managed equipment services (MES) and medical imaging. My career includes leadership roles at Siemens Healthineers, Toshiba Medical, and Fujifilm Medical Systems, where I’ve launched MES divisions, initiated and overseen departmental transformations, and driven funnels around the world through diversification resulting in quadrupling funnel growth to more than £4Billion. I’ve taken annual revenue to in excess of £135M, securing over £1Billion in sales orders.
My approach is rooted in strategic partnerships, operational efficiency and innovation. I’ve built alliances with industry leaders such as Deloitte and PWC, managed operations across 30+ NHS trusts, and led teams of up to 135 staff to deliver transformative results. Awards such as the Global Sales Award (UK 2023) and Global Operational Excellence Award (Canada 2022) reflect my commitment to excellence.
